We had a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel! The staff really made our stay special, and we appreciated the personalized service we received. I had a truly memorable stay at the Grand Minerva Hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were not only comfortable but also incredibly quiet, and I couldn't have asked for better service from the staff, particularly Chandan, Lily, and Mini. The location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant Old Quarter and nearby areas. Just a minor downside was that I wish there were a few more breakfast options to choose from. Overall, amazing value for money!
